Currently, our company is capable of providing about 270 full-time jobs, 90 percent of them are specialized and the rest is assistant staffs. Our goal of our human resource policy is to ensure that employees’ satisfaction is always maintained by the business sustainability, providing them with a comfortable and well-developed job, competitiveness and professionalism, and optimization of human resources to support innovators.

You can view our company's open positions and submit your job application through the ZANGIA.MN website.

Selection process

You may submit your application through Zangia.mn or fill a form in person in our office.

Once the applications are received, these are screened by the screening committee. Then successful candidates are invited for Preliminary interview.

Professional qualification examination such as taking a test and running a case is conducted after second step of the selection process.

In this step, an interview is taken by a corresponding department manager.
