The quality of wheat cultivated in the fertile soil of Tib, Bulgan, Selenge, and Darkhan in the western and central regions of Mongolia, Khangai, and cultivation regions, is selected as a result of regular testing of the quality of wheat during the cultivation process, starting from the soil analysis.

Shipping, inspection and storage

Transportation of raw materials is carried out by rail and road, and regular and uninterrupted transportation of wheat is organized.

During the fall harvest, contract vehicles are selected to increase cargo turnover.

Our laboratory conducts a total of 13 types of analyzes and tests on wheat, which is a raw material, and constantly monitors its quality.

When analyzing wheat, we follow the standards of the organization issued in accordance with the general technical requirements for edible wheat of Mongolia MNS 0097:2010 standard.

The truck used in the company is a very advanced technology developed by the thinking and skills of our engineers. This truck unloaded 1 vehicle within 15 minutes and increased productivity.

The warehouse capacity of the factory is currently 11 warehouses of modern technology for storing 20,000 tons of grain, and it is planned to put 16 warehouses into operation in the future.

The harvested wheat will be separated into fully cleaned wheat through the following 5 devices for industrial cleaning and impurities separation.

Water and heat treatment is carried out in order to improve the quality of grain technology, to reduce the energy spent on milling and peeling, to weaken the bond between the seed coat and kernel, to reduce the strength of the seed core, and to increase the strength of the film layer.

To moisten the grain and change its mechanical and biochemical properties, it rests in a special bunker and provides additional moisture. Through 2 stages, moisture is treated with heat.

In the milling section, which is the main production process, the hydrothermally processed wheat will go through the following 4 stages, and thus it will be classified into 6 types: top flour, first flour, second flour, feed bran, feed rice, and germ.

During the production process, samples are taken every 2 hours and 8 types of analyzes are carried out and reported with the help of special equipment.

Packing section

The milled and harvested finished products are automatically weighed and packed in 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, and 50 kg packages. The packaging section is fully automated and vacuumed, so it is free from external influences and ensures complete quality safety.

Finished product packaging and bag labels are packed in sacks, paper and plastic bags that meet the requirements of Mongolian MNS CAC/GL 32:2007, MNS (ISO) 8367-1:1998, and MNS 2515:1987 standards, respectively. Our packaging is made to order at a company located in Hebei, China.

The packaged finished products from the factory will be stored separately in a flour warehouse with a capacity of 5,000 tons and an animal feed warehouse with a capacity of 1,000 tons. The warehouse for finished products was built in accordance with the Mongolian “Warehouse Building BNbD 31-19-10” building norms and construction rules, and the “Labor safety, hygiene, workplace environment and hygiene requirements – MNS 4990:2000” standard, lighting is MNS Meets the requirements of the 4996:2000 standard.

Our company has independent sales offices in Ulaanbaatar and Darkhan, and we deliver 100% of our products to customers through more than 500 sales points in Ulaanbaatar and 150 sales points in Darkhan, as well as in major towns and centers of 21 provinces.

Extensive railway network

Our factory is located at Darkhan Station, which is the main axis of the Ulaanbaatar Trans-Mongolia-China railway network. It is fully equipped for wheat loading and unloading, and has its own track with a stopping capacity of 10 wagons.

It also has the advantage of having its own road for the purpose of loading finished products, fully meeting standard requirements, and having the capacity to stop 4 wagons. Our factory has the capacity and resources to carry out the loading of 12 wagons per day.
